What Bicycle Servicing Covers

We begin with a mechanical inspection to check safety-related wear, braking response, shifting performance, tyre condition, and other visible issues. If you bring in a bicycle for a tune-up or repair, we first assess the condition before confirming the scope of work.

Common services include bicycle safety inspection, standard tune-up work, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. For walk-in puncture assessment, we can review the issue and advise on the next step after inspection.

Cycle Savvy handles everyday bicycle servicing with a straightforward process from inspection to collection.

If additional work is needed, we explain what is urgent and what is optional before any approval is given. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and availability depends on compatibility and supplier stock.

After the repair and adjustment stage, the bicycle goes through a quality check. We then provide a written inspection summary so the completed work and any remaining recommendations are easy to understand.
